Last night the Columbus Blue Jackets made the Stanley Cup Playoffs. They were the only NHL team to have never made the playoffs. I've had my picture taken with Lord Stanley's holy grail, here's hoping my hometown team gets to take it home with them. (For those of you who don't know, every player on the Stanley Cup winning team gets to take the trophy home with them for a day.)

Columbus has a hockey team? I suppose they will let anyone into the NHL. That of course is a joke, because Kansas City has a brand new sports arena, and can't seem to leur any NHL or NBA teams. By the way, I typed a very long reply to your flashback friday telling of a few of the practical jokes I was involved in when I went the the greatest school on the planet. I suppose that since I feel like I have to tell you that it is Indiana University, there may be some debate. When I went to post my comment I had lost my connection. It was too long to post again.
