The other day, we took the Ogre's children out to eat. We let "The Boy" decide where we would eat. Being almost eight, he, of course, chose McFastfood's. He got a Happy Meal. Although the enclosed toy didn't make him so happy (he chose to run amok in the play area) it fascinated his sister.
What is this fascinating creation? Something that can keep a four month old mesmerised for nearly a half hour? This is it:
It is a "Night at the Museum" toy. It is Octavius the Roman centurion riding a squirrel. She loved watching it hop around like a rodeo rider. Watching her giggle & laugh was worth eating at McFastfoods.

Oh my word! When I first saw the picture of The Girl, I thought it was Zesty! But then, he wouldn't be dressed in pink, would he? She is such a cutie!! They both are!!
